Responsibilities

• Develop the quality assurance strategy links true customer satisfaction indicators to engineering effectiveness

• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities and cycles

• Develop and manage all the testing/quality control related activities and resources, e.g. identifying potential risks, test plan, manual test scripts, test cases suit, test account and data, defect tracking backlog and reports and others

• Design and execute different testing for web based and mobile applications platform according to the corresponding document, e.g. functional, usability & performance testing

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

• Testing experience in web based and mobile applications platform

• Skills in MS Office and SQL is a must

• Knowledge of emulator, simulator and other factors and tools used in testing

• Well-versed with Waterfall and Agile Development and Testing Process

• Able to think from different viewpoints and systematically draft test cases according to different user experience journeys

• Automation testing experience and government project testing experience is an advantage

• Familiar with load test / stress test (JMeter skill) is an advantage
