Account and Finance Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full set accounts for the Company and its subsidiaries

  • Perform daily accounting function, such as issuing cheque, invoices and data entry

  • Provide daily administrative support to Managing Director;

  • Experience with handling company / personal investment portfolio;

  • Able to analysis different types of financial products;

  • Book-keeping and Accounts Knowledge required;

  • Provide administrative support for the company and ad-hoc assignments;

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and reporting documents;

  • Provide support in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and ad-hoc analyses as required.

Requirements:        

  • Diploma in Accounting or related discipline with 3-5 years accounting experience in real estate industry will be considered first;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel and Chinese Word Processing is a must;

  • Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision;

  • Able to communicate with people at all levels;

  • Team player, organized and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking skills; and
