Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

-Project Planning, Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs,

identify risks and formulate contingency plans.

-Site Operation Management, ensure work quality and enforce safety regulations.

-Quality control,Cost control,Resources Management

-Manpower Planning & Dispatch

 

Requirements:

-Degree in Building related disciplines.

-Minimum 10 years or above post-qualification experience in site supervision of construction contracts.

-A & A Works experience is preferred

-Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate is a must

-With T1, T2, T3 qualification.

- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
