Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities

  •   Responsible for processing purchase orders, monitoring orders and other related workflows
  •   Negotiate prices and delivery times for routine items with suppliers as requested by the supervisor
  •   Maintain purchasing databases in system
  •   Monitor material supply and report potential shortages
  •   Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  •   Form 5/HKDSE graduate or above
  •   Minimum 2 year working experience in relevant working experience
  •   Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  •   Detail-minded and organized
  •   Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  •   Familiarity with building materials and equipment is preferred
