Quantity Surveyor

Job responsibilities:

-         Prepare tender document: pricing document, measurement for work contracts

-         Prepare Payment Applications to clients

-         Handle contractual issues

 

Requirements:

-         Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building Construction or equivalent

-         5 years or above of QS experience in construction projects

-         Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

-         Estimating and tendering related knowledge and experience

-         Strong numerical sense and logical mind
