Responsibilities:

• Implement, plan, and monitor the development of various projects.
• Coordinate various projects to ensure that the projects are accomplished in time, within budget and to required quality.
• Perform cost analysis and cost negotiation with customers / quality certification bodies.
• Communicate engineering issues with project teams.
• Consolidate project/quality requirements from various stakeholders in finalizing project briefs.
• Work with internal cross-functional teams from design, engineering to manufacturing, and to deliver finished products.
• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders in accomplishing project objectives.
• Perform supplier sourcing, review and evaluation, and quotation analysis with vendors if necessary.
• Support to identify, approach, and implement of sales strategies or quality strategies, respectively.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in Footwear or Accessories and handling US market.
• Strong in multi-disciplinary design, development, and quality project coordination.
• Good management skills for rapid development cycles.
• Self-driven, independent, team-working, problem solving with good interpersonal skill.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Frequent travel is required.
