Warehouse E-commerce Order Fulfillment Officer

主要職責

  • 確保電商訂單從系統下載到交付的順暢完成

  • 維持電商庫存的高準確性，以支持業務增長

  • 推動流程改善，同時支援一般倉庫運作需求


日常／每週工作明細

  1. 訂單完成

    • 每日登入電子商務平台，下載並審核新訂單

    • 根據訂單準確揀貨，妥善包裝並貼上標籤／放入相關單據，準備安排速遞收件

    • 追蹤出貨狀態，處理出貨後的問題（如包裹遺失）

  2. 庫存管理

    • 每日／每週對電商SKU進行抽查盤點

    • 在收到新庫存或完成訂單後，於系統中更新庫存記錄

    • 向採購團隊預警低庫存情況，並協助補貨上架

  3. 流程與品質控制

    • 監控訂單完成準確率

    • 提出效率改善建議（例如：改善包裝物料或優化揀貨路線）供團隊檢討

  4. 一般倉庫支援

    • 協助貨物入庫、上架及基本倉庫整理

    • 參與每月全面庫存盤點

    • 按指示為初級倉務員提供電商基礎知識指導
