Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day shop operations include daily sales performance, inventory control

• Lead, supervise, and train the team to deliver excellent customer service, solicit customer feedback and understand customer needs

• Support day to day admission check in/out process.

• Handling customer enquiries and complaints, and ensure the safety, cleanliness and quality of the playground equipment & facilities.

• Crowd control.

• Support day to day admission check in/out process.

• Manage ticket & payment transactions.

• Manage various payment apps, devices, and terminals.

• Manage daily register closure, sales calculation, and report tabulation.

• Attend ticket & admission related enquiry.

• Manage promoting membership sales and promotion.

• Execute special task and project assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above

• 3-years store management experience

• Ability to lead team; develop and train others, delegate and follow up

• Excellent communication skills

• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Five days’ work
