We are 24/7 FITNESS and have more than 150 outlets in Hong Kong. We are looking for a highly competent Senior Leasing Officer to join our leasing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling daily leasing enquiries and all leasing administrative matters.

• Serve as a key support to the Assistant Leasing Manager in daily leasing operations and strategic portfolio management

• Negotiate existing and new leases within acceptable terms and budgets and maintain good business relationship with the leasing agent and the landlords;

• Comply with the leasing policies and procedures of the company;

• Assist in the implementation of leasing offer and payment including checking all the rental agreements, letter and voucher;

• Conduct market research on rental trends, availability, and competitor movements

• Handle the tenancy administration works and prepare the data of leasing status reports and summary;

• Perform ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Assistant Leasing Manager or management

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property and/or lease management related to commercial leasing;

• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua;

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent data handling and analytical abilities

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel (pivot tables, lookups), PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively

• Immediate availability or short notice is an advantage
