Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to support 24/7 FITNESS in building exciting partnerships, brand collaborations and member-facing activations.

This role will mainly focus on partnership coordination and execution, while also supporting events, campaign logistics, club communications and daily marketing operations.

You will work closely with partners, vendors, internal teams and club teams to turn ideas into smooth, engaging and on-brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Support partnership projects, brand collaborations, sponsorship activations and member campaigns.

• Assist in identifying potential partners across sports, lifestyle, wellness, F&B, retail, corporates and community sectors.

• Prepare simple proposals, campaign briefs, partner communications, timelines and post-campaign summaries.

• Coordinate with external partners, vendors and internal teams to follow up on deliverables and execution details.

• Support event and activation logistics, including rundown, guest list, production items, manpower, venue setup and on-site coordination.

• Work with design, social, PR and club teams to ensure campaign materials are delivered on time and aligned with brand direction.

• Support daily marketing tasks, including internal notices, club communications, campaign tracking, quotation follow-up and basic reporting.

• Help track campaign results such as participation, redemption, exposure, leads and member engagement.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management or related disciplines.

• Around 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, events, brand activations, account servicing or campaign coordination.

• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager.

• Experience in fitness, sports, lifestyle, F&B, retail, entertainment or consumer brands is a plus.

• Strong coordination skills with good attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and comfortable dealing with partners, vendors and internal teams.

• Creative, proactive and willing to bring ideas to the table.

• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Cantonese is required.

• Occasional event support outside office hours may be required.
