Manager, Partnership Marketing

KKday has curated more than 300,000 unique experiences and activities in over 92 countries and 550 cities around the world. KKday has also stepped into the field of SaaS service (Rezio) and new OMO system (KKday Marketplace) to build up the business ecosystem.

 

This Partnership Marketing role is to develop new partnership strategy opportunities to increase KKday HK traffic growth & revenue. You must be a strategic thinker, a solid relationship builder with partners, advanced analytical skills with a passion for the travel tech industry. You must have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive short and long-term strategic partnerships opportunities.

 

Job Responsibilities

1.Acquire new partners

  • Assess & identify new potential partnerships, new traffic growth, and revenue opportunities
  • Develop new traffic growth & new products strategy through strategic partnerships with various industry partners i.e Financial institutions, banks, airline, credit cards, e-commerce (i.e. membership program collaboration), etc

 

2.Partnership management

  • Perform & evaluate SWOT analysis with the recommendation to develop strategic initiatives to increase traffic growth & new products promotion
  • Build a strong relationship with business partners, and executives to increase commercial collaboration opportunities
  • Create marketing campaigns to support partnership goals, such as new user acquisitions or new product promotions.

3.Internal stakeholders

  • Ensure all partnerships deals are communicated effectively to internal teams to ensure follow through on partners' needs
  • Work with the internal team to create a solid partnership plan to drive development and expansion

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • 6 years of work experience in Marketing Partnership or equivalent managerial role (i.e strategic partnership, new traffic acquisition, etc)
  • Experienced in managing partners from banks, financial, airline or e-commerce related industry
  • Proven track record of building solid partnership relationships and developing new partnerships
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and partnership management skills
  • A self-starter who will deliver result
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills help you to partner with multiple stakeholders
