Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor - Customer Services (Kwai Chung)

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate with forwarders and warehouse team for stock planning and arranging for import shipment
  • Perform import declaration in Tradelink System
  • Check invoices from forwarders and payment preparation
  • Documentation support of the import shipment
  • Maintain the daily inventory balance checking with Services provider
  • Monitor the daily EDI transaction with Services provider
  • Perform ad hos duties as assigned

Requirements

  • DSE/ Diploma or above
  • 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience in Shipping & Logistics field with WMS knowledge is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in Tradelink System operation is preferred
  • Able to work independently as well as a team member
  • Working Location: Kwai Chung
