About the role

KLN Logistics Group is accelerating its data-driven transformation within the Corporate Planning and Development function. We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Data Analyst to support strategic decision‑making, business performance evaluation, and corporate planning initiatives. You will work closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that shape corporate strategies and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Extract and manipulate data from databases using SQL to support regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Power BI to track key business metrics and performance indicators
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support management queries and business questions, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to clarify data requirements, align reporting standards, and ensure data accuracy across departments
• Build and implement automation workflows using RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, or equivalent) to streamline repetitive reporting processes and improve efficiency
• Identify data discrepancies, investigate root causes, and work with relevant parties to resolve issues
• Support the continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality standards

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Understanding of freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL operations is preferable
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in data analysis, business analysis, or similar analytical roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in writing queries, joins, and sanity checks
• Solid experience with Power BI for dashboard and report creation
• Highly number-sensitive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems logically and deliver efficient and reusable data solutions
• Experience with Power Automate or other automation tools, working with modern data stacks and architectures, including cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data fabric frameworks, and with exposure to ERP systems or logistics management systems is an asset
• Prior experience in corporate reporting or complex group reporting structures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact professionally with senior management and external stakeholders
• Mature, self-driven, and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin for regional collaboration.
