Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Procurement team by assisting in supplier sourcing, price comparison, and purchase order processing
• Facilitate vendor qualification, documentation, and compliance verification in line with company and regulatory requirements
• Maintain procurement records, update supplier databases, and monitor contract timelines
• Coordinate with central and regional teams to ensure smooth procurement workflows
• Contribute to procurement projects and assist in executing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Monitor supplier performance, including delivery schedules, quality, and adherence to sustainability policies
• Prepare reports and procurement data analysis to support decision-making
• Perform ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in procurement or logistics support, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
• Good organizational skills and attention to details
• Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel and database-proficient, particularly in procurement systems are preferred
• Proactive, team-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
