Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily order processing & system updates
• Maintain accurate data record in systems for inbound & outbound transactions
• Co-ordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operation
• Provide administrative support to daily operation
• Handle any ad hoc issues as assigned

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above with 1 year of working experience in logistics industry, having experience in handling medical devices is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, cooperative, supportive, well-organized, and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office application
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
