Responsibilities

• Liaise with business units for invoices and billing information
• Prepare and coordinate quotations
• Manage customers’ information, create, maintain and manage the system records regularly and accurately
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure professional and smooth fulfillment to the customer
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

• With 2-3 years relevant experience in FMCG
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Attention to details, organized, logical thinking and self-initiative
