Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the overall business growth in terms of sales, distribution, and promotion budget management
• Strategies on the short and long-term plans to expand into new channels and business development for local distributors
• Multi-channels experiences, preferred in FMCG products
• To create, develop and roll out sales and marketing strategies to strengthen the market position and in-store presence
• To keep ahead of the key market trends and take appropriate action
• Handle the communication between internal team and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for key accounts using data, analytics, and insight
• Collating and dissecting of account level data to understand trends and drive action
• Focus in execution excellence
• People leadership
• Revenue management to improve trade expenditure efficiency
• Develop customer strategy
• Category management and trade marketing capabilities
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management

Requirements

• University graduate in Business, e-Commerce, Marketing, or any related discipline
• Minimum 10 year working experience in key accounts and general trade, trade marketing and merchandising
• Well-organized, creative, analytical, ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Analysis-driven, able to craft quantitative feedback regarding operations tools and processes
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with different organizations and teams
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Experience or knowledge in FMCG is an absolute advantage
