Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to arrange transportation of goods
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, such as packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations
• Compile and analyze data related to supply chain activities, such as lead times, shipping costs, and inventory turnover.
• Communicate order requirements, delivery schedules, and quality expectations.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, shipping updates, and inventory availability.
• Prepare reports with analysis on a timely basis
• Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• F.5 / DSE or above with 1 year of working experience in supply chain planning
• Strong sense of responsibility, cooperative, supportive, well-organized, and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office application
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
