  • Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical Engineering / Surveying or other engineering disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years experiences in Property Management at managerial level

  • Experience in working for property management company is preferred

  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese

  • Lead a team of technical staff to carry out daily operation

  • Prepare quotation specification and tender documents

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

  • Working Place : Tuen Mun
