Accounting Officer

Job Duties

  • Monitor accounts receivable performance and perform collection activities
  • Analyze various data sources and propose recommendations on workflow and debt collection process
  • Cooperate with various internal and external parties for debt collection
  • Monitor slow moving accounts to identify delinquent debts
  • Prepare reports & analysis (e.g. AR aging, DSO) for management review
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Plan and execute course of action to recover outstanding payments
  • Ensure credit terms strictly comply with company rules and regulations
  • Answer customer enquiries
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in accounting, finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably experienced in credit management
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Analytical minded and knowledgeable in data analytics
  • Strong interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, work independent and customer oriented
  • Good commend in both spoken and written English and Chinese
