ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Perform pre and post contract quantity surveying work on site including but not limited to subcontract payment, measurement, collation of records, contract administration and etc.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying
  • Qualified member of HKIS or RICS
  • Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience preferably in main contractor or property developer
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good management and negotiation skills, integrity and able to work independently
  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
