Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall marketing and communications functions including but not limited to brand building, multi-channels marketing & promotion strategies, advertising, media communications, event management, marketing collaterals & publication materials, CRM and etc.
• Work independently for the online shop, including back-end operation & management
• Develop annual plan and control the relevant cost incurred
• Coordinate, execute and evaluate all marketing, communications and promotions activities/campaigns for the Group’s retailing and E-commerce business in Hong Kong, including sales driven promotions, social media promotions, in-mall and pop up decorations etc.
• Liaise with internal and external parties including operations team, advertising and CRM agents, production and design house
• Provide customer services such as enquires, complaint handling & problem solving

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Marketing Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines
• 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained from retail industry
• Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google-Analytics, is preferred
• Experience in back-end operation of Magento, Shopify, Wordpress
• Proactive, creative and innovative
• Excellent communication, problem solving and strong negotiation skills
• Communication and interpersonal skill in spoken and written English, Chinese
• Proficient in other related design tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, Photoshop) will be advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Digital marketing specialist or Assistant marketing planning manager
