Responsibilities:

• Leading/supporting the team to provide general design services including planning and design, architectural design, interior design and other related work of the company's projects.
• Together with the Project Management Team, review interface and construction problems encountered on Project Site
• Manage the performance of consultants, contractors and other vendors
• Ensure the compliance of all quality control standards and building regulations
• Perform ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Architecture or other related disciplines 
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experiences in local projects after obtaining HKIA full membership or equivalent
• Solid experience in local residential and commercial projects
• Sensitive to design quality and to overall Corporate business objective
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, Photoshop and other graphic presentation software
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Conversant with local government regulations
