Service Line Overview
We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager to lead the solution design and implementation of enterprise solutions for our clients. This is a hands-on delivery role for an experienced functional consultant who brings deep expertise in at least two operational domains (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) and direct, practical exposure to one or more major ERP or enterprise operational platforms (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Workday, etc.). The ideal candidate is equally comfortable whiteboarding a solution with a client and getting into the details of system configuration and testing.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
Lead functional solution design across end-to-end business processes, translating client requirements into scalable and coherent system configurations
Develop solution blueprints, functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and integration design documents
Identify and evaluate fit-gap between client requirements and standard system capabilities; propose appropriate customisation or configuration approaches
Provide architectural guidance on system integration patterns, data migration strategy, and cutover planning
Functional Consulting & Implementation
Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in at least two of the following domains: Finance (GL/Subledger/AP/AR/FA), Procurement & Sourcing, Supply Chain & Inventory, Manufacturing/Operations, HR & Payroll, or any other front-office / back-office operations
Lead or support configuration workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT), working directly with client business teams
Review and validate functional designs produced by junior team members; provide quality assurance across workstreams
Client & Team Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to client functional leads and process owners, building relationships and credibility through delivery quality
Collaborate with technical consultants, integration teams, and client IT teams to ensure end-to-end solution coherence
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability development and knowledge sharing
Experience & Background
At least 5 years of hands-on functional consulting experience in enterprise system implementation projects
Direct, project-based experience with at least one major ERP or enterprise operational platform — SAP (S/4HANA, ECC), Oracle (Cloud ERP / E-Business Suite), Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, Yonyou, Kingdee or equivalent; Experience with adjacent technologies such as procurement platforms (Coupa, Ariba), expense management, or analytics/reporting layers (Power BI, SAC) will also be an advantage
Exposure to AI-powered ERP features or intelligent automation (RPA, AI-assisted matching, predictive analytics within ERP)
Solid functional exposure in a minimum of two business domains; the candidate must be able to lead solution design independently in each stated domain
Experience across full implementation lifecycle
Skills & Knowledge
Strong ability to document and communicate solution designs — process maps, data flow diagrams, functional specs, and configuration guides
Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, middleware, EDI) sufficient to collaborate meaningfully with technical teams
Structured problem-solving and requirements elicitation skills, with experience running client workshops
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in fast-paced project environments
Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills (Cantonese/Mandarin) are a strong advantage for the Hong Kong market
