Kroll Agency and Trustee Services (KATS) provides independent, conflict-free, third-party agency and trustee services across the loan and bond markets. We have developed our strong reputation by delivering proactive and bespoke services and currently manage over 900 transactions globally.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All expect of accounting operations, including but not limited to AP and AR functions.

• Financial statement consolidation preparation.

• Intercompany transactions and reporting.

• Monthly account reconciliation.

• Budgeting and forecast.

• Preparation of cash flow monitoring reports and bank reconciliation statements.

• Month-end closings, including preparation of journal vouchers & making necessary re-class journal entries as needed.

• Liaise with bank, auditors & other professional advisers.

• Assist in formulating accounting policies and procedures.

• Assist in Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Accounting, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in finance and accounting.

• Able to handle full set of books independently.

• Proficiency in MS office software.

• Hands on experience in using accounting software.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• A good team player and willing to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Immediate available is highly preferred.
