Kroll Agency and Trustee Services (KATS) provides independent, conflict-free, third-party agency and trustee services across the loan and bond markets. We have developed our strong reputation by delivering proactive and bespoke services and currently manage over 900 transactions globally.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft, prepare, review and comment on a variety of legal and corporate finance documents 

• Liaise with clients and service providers 

• Conduct client onboarding procedures, including AML/CFT and KYC 

• Provide administrative support in the corporate finance areas 

• Assist with ad hoc projects and research as required 

• Transactional case management support 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in legal studies 
• 1 to 3 years of legal experience in corporate and commercial areas and analytical corporate finance experience in a financial institution NBFI 
• Possess practical understanding of APLMA based finance documentation, due diligence process and anti-money laundering requirements a plus 
• Self-motivated, dedicated and outgoing team player 
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and second language preferred
