Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site

• Coordinate the work and assign tasks to team members and subcontractors

• Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with plans and specifications

• Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment

• Attend regular Progress, Safety, and other coordination Meetings

• Support project team members in delivering service excellence

• Maintain project records and report progress to all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

• Experience in Piling, ELS, interior fitting out works and superstructure works

• With Construction Workers Registration Card & Green Card

• A responsible driver with valid driving license (Class 1)

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

• Commitment to continuous learning is highly preferred

• Familiar with MS Office (MS Word & Excel) is preferred
