Key Responsibilities:

·       Instruct students in Math, English and Chinese (including Putonghua Pinyin) according to Kumon Learning Method.

·       Communicate and provide learning feedback to students and parents.

·       Operate the daily functions of a centre and maintain sustainable growth. 

·       Manage and enhance the overall operational flow of center.

·       Supervise and train PT staff and responsible for recruiting PT staff.

·       Manage the center operation to best cost efficiency.

·       Handle incoming calls and inquiries in a professional manner and follow-ups.

Requirements:

·       Degree Holder and preferably major in Mathematics, English or Chinese (proficient in 2 out of 3 subjects is preferred)

·       Experience in centre operations management is an advantage

·       Minimum 2 years’ working experience in education field is preferred

Working Hours:

·       Working days: Tuesday to Saturday

·       Rest days: Sunday and Monday
