Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, inventory, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and period‑end closing

• Ensure accurate and timely month‑end and year‑end financial reporting under tight timelines, including review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and key accounting estimates

• Liaise with external auditors and tax representative and oversee audit processes and taxation matters

• Partner with operations and commercial teams on accounting implications of business initiatives, contracts, and operational changes

• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team while driving process improvements, system enhancements, automation, and finance transformation initiatives

• Other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA or equivalent)

• 7 years of relevant experience in accounting preferably in retail or consumer sector

• Solid experience in financial reporting, month-end closing, and accounting operations

• Strong knowledge of HKFRS, statutory reporting and accounting controls

• Solid hands‑on accounting capability with attention to detail

• Experience in retail or consumer sector, or operationally complex environments is an advantage

• High integrity, ownership mindset, and sound professional judgment

• Able to communicate clearly with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders

• Good PC knowledge and skills, especially Excel
