Responsibilities:

• Assist in the procurement of goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support the Senior Procurement Manager in sourcing and evaluating suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions.
• Maintain and update procurement records and databases.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to meet supply needs.
• Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Handle administrative tasks related to procurement, including filing and documentation.
• Participate in vendor performance evaluations and report findings to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in F&B procurement or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
