Job Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and retail including staff training and daily administration;

• Lead the team to consistently deliver quality food and service to guests;

• Ensure monthly forecasted food and beverage revenue figures are achieved;

• Adhere to established operating expenses and to ensure that costs are controlled;

• Obtain and account for the settlement of all sales;

• Ensure highest levels of service to all customers.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ working experience in Food and Beverage industry with proven management skills and leadership;

• Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills;

• A self-driven leader with effective motivational skills and team building skills;

• Good command of Japanese, English and Cantonese;

• Solid knowledge of Sake and Wine will be an advantage.
