Customer Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with sales and brand teams for the planning and implementation of all trade activities and promotions to drive channel development

  • Analysis and evaluation of promotional campaigns and events for optimization of trade spending

  • Collect market intelligence to identify business opportunities

  • Monitor and control trade marketing spending and merchandising activities

  • Supervise the trade marketing team to achieve set objectives


REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in business or related disciplines

  • 10+ years of Sales & Marketing/ trade marketing experience, preferably in FMCG industry

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data and consumer insights

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
