Lapton Electric & Machinery Ltd., 38 years experience of contracting Engineering Company, specializes in large central Air-conditioning System ,Ventilation System, Smoke Extraction System, Staircase Pressurization System, Electrical System, Fire Services System for both private and government sectors.

We are looking for high caliber individual in the following positions:
Engineer (MVAC) / Assistant Engineer / Engineer Assistant / Draftsman (MVAC)

Engineer (MVAC)/ Assistant Engineer / Engineer Assistant

  1.  Higher Diploma or above in Building Service/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
  2. At least 5 years working experience in MVAC project management and construction site.
  3. Candidates with less experience/ fresh graduates will also be considered as AE/EA

 

Main Duties : 

  • Assist Project Manager in overall project operations, coordination and handover.
  • Prepare technical submission, project coordination, design calculation, site supervision, sub-contractor monitoring.
  • Responsible for costing, tender estimation, tendering procurement.

 

Draftsman (MVAC)

  1. Certificate / Diploma in CAD draftsmanship
  2. Proficiency in using AutoCAD
  3. At least 2 years working experience in Building Service industry and construction site

 

Main Duties : 

  • Providing support on creating, amending and maintaining CAD design & drafting, tender drawings.
  • Backup and support project teams for preparation of working drawing.
  • Assist in day to day engineering related work and documentation.
