Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and efficient financial operations
• Responsible for general accounting duties, preparing year-end report and stock investment reports
• Responsible for rental receivable and keep contact with tenant to maintain prompt settlement
• Liaise with lawyers, external auditors and bankers on accounting and finance matters
• Keep tracking and monitoring all receipts, payments, bank matters and fund transfer
• Monitor bank cash flow and review yearly insurance coverage
• Prepare yearly Employer’s Return and manage Tax Payment
• Follow up BVI Company issues, tax matters and prepare Annual Financial Report
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting (High diploma with relevant working experience will also be considered)
• A minimum of 8 years relevant experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and familiar with accounting software Peachtree is an advantage
• Mature, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and able to work independently
• Knowledge of company secretaries duties is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
