IT Trainee (System Support)

We offer a unique opportunity for Fresh graduates to kick-start their career in Information Technology. This 12-month program is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience through job rotation between the System Development and Support teams. The trainee will gain exposure to diverse IT functions, enhancing their skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • 12-month program job rotations between the System Development and Support teams
  • Assist in providing daily support of overseas production system/operations and manufacturing system programming
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of IT applications to ensure service stability
  • Prepare periodic reports of assigned projects and tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalents
  • Solid understanding of programming concepts and exposure to at least one programming language (e.g., Java Spring Boot, C#, Angular (TypeScript))
  • Prior experience or internships in IT-related roles is a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Occasionally Travel is required
