Shop Manager (Indoor Game Centre)

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Shop Manager to lead our indoor game centre (i.e. Powerplay Area). In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a vibrant atmosphere for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Manage and mentor staff, promoting a positive work environment
  • Maintain inventory, conduct stock takes, and manage suppliers
  • Coordinate promotional events and seasonal campaigns
  • Create attractive merchandise displays to draw in customers
  • Monitor safety standards and equipment upkeep
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Prepare sales, inventory, and staff performance reports for management
  • Formulate a business plan focused on productivity, customer service, and revenue growth

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and solid business acumen
  • Strategic planning skills are essential
  • Proactive, energetic, aggressive, and customer-oriented
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
