Operations Clerk (Airfreight Export Dept)

Responsibilities :

  • Able to handle full set documents
  • Follow up with overseas request and communicate with agents and clients
  • Issue of invoice to customer or overseas agent
  • Monitor the shipping documents in daily basis
  • Liaise with warehouse team for cargo build-up

Requirements : 

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1-2 years air freight export operation experience  
  • Fresh candidate & has interest in freight forwarding field will be considered
  • Good spoken of Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good written of English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge
  • Reliable, Organized, Willing to learn & Hard working
  • Willing work overtime
  • Immediate available is preferred
