Key Responsibilities:
Execute general accounting duties, sales reconciliations, handling payments, preparing vouchers, issuing cheque and handling petty cash
Prepares, records and processes accounting transactions and ensures that allocation to accounts is accurate.
Periodic restaurant stock take
Liaise with various parties to facilitate daily accounting operations
Assist supervisors in other ad-hoc projects/duties
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in accountancy or related discipline or above
3 years relevant working experience, preferably to have experience in Food & Beverage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Knowledge in using accounting software MYOB is preferable, but not a must
Proficient in MS Office and computer skills
Detail-minded, responsible, pro-active and hard working
Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
Working Location: Wanchai
Immediate availability is highly preferable
Candidate with less experience, pure audit experience or fresh graduate will be considered as "Senior Accounting Clerk"
