Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations
Assist in procurement, vendor selection, and contract negotiation
Maintain inventory records and facilitate timely stock replenishment
Coordinate logistics for deliveries and inspect orders
Liaise with teams and vendors to resolve purchasing issues
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
0-3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are also welcome!)
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
Working Location: Wanchai
