Job Summary:


The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to the CEO, providing administrative support, managing schedules, and facilitating communication across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
       - Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
       - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
       - Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.

  • Communication:
       - Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal departments
       - Draft and edit communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
       - Facilitate communication between departments and assist in the dissemination of information.

  • Project Management:
       - Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
       - Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular updates to the CEO.
       - Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including venue selection and catering.

  • Research and Analysis:
       - Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
       - Prepare briefing materials and reports for the CEO, summarizing key findings and recommendations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

  • 1 year of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.  Fresh graduates would be considered.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Social Media applications.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
