Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-class guest services to members, VIPs and the public
- Handle guests' reservation and enquiries in a professional manner
- Build and maintain solid and genuine relationships with our regulars, VIPs or potential VIPs by recognition
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing an excellent standard of services in a competent and professional manner
- Liaise with restaurant manager and necessary internal parties to ensure excellent service delivery
- Assist in the events planning and coordination, ensuring all logistical details are managed
- Deal with ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Degree / diploma in food and beverage, hotel or hospitality management or related disciplines is preferred
- 1-5 years relevant experience in top-tier Hotel / Club / Lounge (Candidates from top-tier restaurant or hotel will be a definite advantage)
- 1-2 years event experience is a must
- Service oriented, self-motivated and a good team player, have strong sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude
- Fluent proficiency in spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Services Officer
