Key Responsibilities:
Greet the guests and provide first-class guest service
Handle reservation & enquiry in a professional manner
Ensure guest satisfaction and enhance their dining experience
Deal with ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant experience in F&B industry (Candidates from top-tier restaurant or hotel will be a definite advantage)
Service oriented, self-motivated and a good team player, have strong sense of responsibility
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent proficiency in spoken English; Chinese will be a definite advantage
Fresh graduates will also be considered
