Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment function including job posting, talent requisition, sourcing of recruitment channels, selection process, offer making, contract administration
• Provide HR support covering end-to-end employee life cycle including onboarding, offboarding and employee data management
• Handle daily operation and administration of the C&B function, including but not limited to payroll calculation, tax reporting, insurance administration and leave management
• Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records in the HR System
• Prepare and update various HR related reports for management review
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Executive

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 3 years solid work experience in sizeable company, with HRMS experience would be advantage
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player and fast learner
• Good command English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Familiar with MS Office applications
• Experience in educational sector is an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Must must indicate present and expected salary in CV
