Core Responsibilities: 
 

• Develop action plans and strategies to achieve the Group’s quarterly and annual sales targets

• Develop and maximize local sales for assigned hospitals, clinics, and medical centres

• Achieve sales growth through a combination of the up-selling and cross-selling strategies

• Explore and identify new business opportunities

• Build strong relationships with existing customers and KOLS to increase market shares

• Provide product training and service support to customers

• Work closely with marketing team to implement marketing planning and enhance our brand image in the market

• Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

 Requirements:
 

• Degree or above in science related disciplines

• At least 4-5 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical or medical industry is preferred

• Experienced in managing key accounts and working with senior management 

• Excellent products and industry knowledge

• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Proactive, committed, sales-driven, passionate with high integrity

• Good command of both verbal and written skills of English, Chinese and Putonghua

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
