With global offices in Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Dongguan (Factory), Sydney, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City, we are looking for high calibre candidates to join our HK team located in Kowloon Bay.
Responsibilities:
To assist Project Team for Fitting-out project administration
To liaise with clients / designers and sub-contractors
To handle document submission and correspondences among clients / designers / sub-contractors
Occasionally night work may be required
Requirements:
Diploma or above in any relevant disciplines
Minimum of 5 years experience as supporting staff, such as secretary / assistant / project coordinator in fitting out / interior design / architecture or related field
Experience in site coordination will be an advantage
Capable to take meeting minutes in English
Excellent in managing documentation and correspondence
Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
Competent use of computing software (MS Office)
Immediate available is preferred
