With global offices in Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Dongguan (Factory), Sydney, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City, we are looking for high calibre candidates to join our HK team located in Kowloon Bay.
Responsibilities:
Support draftsman teams in Shenzhen to develop full set of shop drawing and detailed drawing
To liaise and coordinate with architects / designers and project teams.
To convert clients' design concept / drawing into shop drawing and detailed drawing to sub-contractors for production
Requirements:
Diploma or above in building construction, architecture, interior design or related discipline
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in fit-out contracting or interior design industry
Proficient in AutoCAD, familiar with REVIT application is preferable.
Good knowledge of shop drawing & detailed drawing preparation is a MUST
Ability of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Fluency in English and Putonghua
Good leadership and presentation skill
Occasional travel to China is required
