Design Coordinator (Structure / Architecture)

Job Highlights

  • At least 3 years' relevant experience
  • Proficient in Revit and other BIM software
  • Manage preparation of drawings / sketches / reports

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage preparation of drawings / sketches / reports with BIM team
  • Address and resolve design queries
  • Support in management and review of shop drawings by sub-contractors
  • Review and drive temporary works designs
  • Liaise with Construction team on constructability aspects and where appropriate
  • Develop and maintain design management tools for tracking, reporting, and monitoring the progress and delivery of design packages
  • Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to complete engineering design reviews and enhance efficiency

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Structural / Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience
  • Proficient in Revit and other BIM software
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
