Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist full spectrum of Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment process
  • Assist to handle staff movements including new hire on-boarding arrangement, internal transfer and staff separation
  • Maintain HR records and staff database
  • Participate in various HR projects and opportunities to take rotation across different HR functions
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments upon request

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Energetic, flexible and good problem-solving abilities
  • Enjoy working in mixed cultural environment
