(Non-Civil Service Contract Vacancy)

Salary:
Contract Full-year Lifeguard:
HK$22,400 per month (with Pool Lifeguard Award)
HK$23,400 per month (with Beach Lifeguard Award)
HK$23,500 per month (with both Pool Lifeguard Award and Beach Lifeguard Award)

Full-time Seasonal Lifeguard (2026 Swimming Season):
HK$22,100 per month (Swimming Pools)
HK$23,100 per month (Beaches / Water Sports Centres)

Appointed full-time Contract Lifeguards who fully meet the prescribed entry requirements, and terms and conditions of appointment may receive a salary plus end-of-contract gratuity (with separate additional end-of-contract gratuity for subsidizing lifeguard award fees) amounting to around HK$26,900 per month or more.
