Responsibilities:

• Work independently to assist the Manager in daily operations management

• Maintain effective communication with suppliers (warehouses, transporters, freight forwarders)

• Ensure smooth operational processes (including outsourced services)

• Monitor inventory levels and manage costs

• Conduct staff training

• Ensure timely and accurate outbound shipments

• Handle exceptions and discrepancies

• Provide customer service support and maintain timely communication

• Travel to mainland China as required and maintain good relationships with local colleagues

• Work on a rotating schedule, including holidays

• Relevant work experience

• Knowledge of e-commerce and logistics operations

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel)

• Work schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Sunday rotating shifts) 9am - 6pm

• Proficiency in English and Cantonese is a must.
